Lodging: Cowboy's Rest offers limited lodging in our cabins, covered wagons, bunk rooms, and teepees. Spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Families are also welcome to bring their own tents or RVs. These families will receive a $30 discount and allow for more families to join in on the fun! We have practically unlimited camping sites but do not provide RV hookups. NO PETS ALLOWED
What to Expect: Family-filled fun with all the activities CR offers, from recreational games (for all ages), to hiking, to waterfront, to shooting sports, to minigolf, to napping, you can be as busy (or not) as you like! We just request that you attend all chapel times and meals.
What to bring: Bibles, bedding, clothes for cold & warm weather, towels & toiletries, flashlights, sunscreen, bug spray Optional things to bring: Fishing supplies (no power bait please), cash for the trading post (or possible paintball session), hiking boots, water shoes.
Pricing: Thursday-Sunday (includes 3 nights stay and 8 meals)
$138 for adults and children over 12 - $88 for children 5-11 - FREE for kiddos under 5
Friday afternoon - Sunday morning (includes 2 nights stay and 5 meals)

EVERY camper needs a completed 2024 Medical form in order to participate and remain at Cowboy's Rest. The form includes current health information and must be filled out within 24 hours of registration; bring it with you and present it to the registrar when you check-in your camper(s) or fill one out at check-in.

Cowboy's Rest Family Volunteer Day

"For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, you are God’s building." - 1 Corinthians 3:9 Help us prepare for the summer ahead! Cowboy's Rest Family Volunteer Day begins on June 8th at 8:00 (coffee will be available) with a 1:00 provided lunch and a 4:00 end time. You are welcome to arrive and depart at any time during this event. Families and individuals are welcome. We advise that you bring work gloves and clothes that can get dirty. We look forward to seeing you and thank you for your hard work! |

Cowboy's Rest Staff/Volunteer Reunion
ALL previous CR Staff and Volunteers are invited to our reunion event on Saturday, January 6th at Wild Island Coconut Bowl in Reno from 5:00-7:00 PM. Food will be provided. Feel free to bring your family, any friends who may be interested in becoming future staff members, and (of course) your camp memories and nostalgia.
